About Monica

Monica is a highly experienced Central Coast native with a strong focus on Customer service. She completed her certificate IV in Business Administration in 2012 and has since held various administration support roles in the Recruitment, Engineering, Real Estate, and now Conveyancing Industry.

In 2017, she joined our team as a receptionist and quickly advanced to the role of Conveyancing Clerk, where she assisted clients with their property settlements.

Since returning from maternity leave in 2022, Monica continues to provide dedicated support to our team with all administrative tasks on a part-time basis. Her warm and caring demeanour, coupled with her excellent communication and customer service skills, make her a highly valued member of our team.
